Operations Manager

To support the autism community with friends and family.

I love the community and the time that I get to spend with the community at the Beach. I love meeting up with everyone the next day to crack crabs in Dewey.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

I bike because Bike to the Beach days are the best days of my year. I love the challenge, the camaraderie, and doing something positive for my community.

I bike to help others grow personally and help the Autism Community

I bike for our Family Challenge riders. I helped organize 2nd B2B DC Family Challenge event. Crossing the finish line with our families and being able to share Bike to the Beach with our Family Challenge Heroes was amazing.

I bike for fitness, fun, community. I have biked every single Bike to the Beach leg (New York, DC, New England, Florida). It is hard to put into words how much fun each ride is and how great the B2B Community is.

My most memorable B2B moment was my very first ride in 2010. All 500 riders were leaving the city at the same time, and we came together as this awesome group: all 500 riders, 500 blinking lights, leaving the city together at 5 am to promote autism awareness.

I originally signed up for B2B purely for the physical challenge. But after riding for the first time, I began to ride to join this great community and to support the millions affected by autism.

I bike for my nephew, Cameron, who is the youngest rider in B2B history and has proven that “nothing is impossible for the willing.”

The most memorable part of each ride is the finish line. Each year there are more family members, friends, and B2B supporters and volunteers cheering you on — it’s a big party eve
