My children have attended many Flying Point Foundation events. They were well cared for and provided with interesting outings such as the Aquarium, mini golf, gymnastics and a family sail/surf day. 
It’s not easy to take a child with autism out into the community. Flying Point Foundation provided fun, safe and supportive activities that were staffed with knowledgeable, kind and caring people. It is a huge relief to be able to participate in outings without being judged and told my child doesn’t act appropriately because they have autism. 
Our family got to enjoy a beautiful afternoon at the beach with Flying Point Foundation. I never take my kids to the beach by myself due to safety concerns. Flying Point Foundation had many well trained volunteers from the Southampton Ocean Rescue squad at the beach that day. The kids were able to learn how to paddle board, canoe, kayak, sail and climb on a sailboat to explore. It was an amazing day that I will never forget. I am very grateful to Flying Point Foundation for their dedication and devotion to the autism community.
